Jen's 'Take Ten'

We've all heard the advice to 'Take Five' when we need some time to relax, take a deep breath, or calm down.

Well, I've reached a point in life where 'Five' just isn't enough anymore. I need to 'Take Ten' when I'm overwhelmed, stressed out, and at the end of my rope.

I think we all need more time to refocus, unwind, and think about what really matters.

As mothers, especially, we have days where we just don't get a moment to ourselves. But we need to create those times and nurture our own minds, bodies, and souls.

I have started a blog for this purpose. It will give me time to think, ponder, and reflect. And hopefully, as you read it, you will also 'Take Ten' for yourself and feel better after.
